Description: Place one foot on a 25-degree inclined plane, with the other leg slightly lifted. Slowly bend the knee of the supported leg while controlling the descent, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your knee aligned with your foot to avoid any torsion. Control the movement well to effectively strengthen the knee.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a slight load as the movement becomes easier.
