How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per leg

Description: Secure a resistance band around your ankle and to a low anchor point. While standing, keep your pelvis stable and slowly bend your knee, bringing your heel towards your glutes against the resistance of the band. Gently return to the starting position without releasing tension.

Tips: Keep your torso straight and avoid tilting your pelvis during the movement. Control the knee flexion to effectively engage your hamstrings.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
