How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Place one foot on a stable step, then ascend with full support on that leg while controlling the movement. Slowly descend while maintaining control, using electrostimulation to strengthen the muscles around the knee.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid pushing with the rear leg. Control both the ascent and descent carefully to protect your knee.

Progression: Increase the number of repetitions or the height of the step as the exercise becomes easier.
