How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Description: Sitting or standing, keep your back straight and your head aligned. Slowly turn your head to the right to the maximum comfortable range without pain, then return to the center. Repeat the movement to the left in the same manner.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the speed of rotations as the movement becomes easier and pain-free.
