How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Hold: 2 seconds at the top

Description: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Slowly lift the pelvis by contracting the neck and shoulder muscles, holding the top position for 2 seconds before gently lowering down.

Tips: Keep the chin slightly tucked to protect the neck and avoid excessive arching of the back. Perform the movement slowly and control both the ascent and descent.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration at the top from 2 to 5 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
