How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sitting or standing, keep the elbow bent at 90 degrees, close to the body or with the shoulder in abduction at 90 degrees (RE2 position). Using a hand or a stick, perform an external rotation by slowly moving the forearm outward to a comfortable range, maintaining the scapula stable.

Tips: Ensure not to shrug the shoulder or arch the back during the movement. Perform the motion slowly and control the final position to avoid any pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the external rotation range or manual resistance as the movement becomes easier.
