How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per arm

Description: Attach a resistance band to a stable point and hold it with the hand of the arm to be trained. Starting from a position where the shoulder is flexed and crossed in front of the body, slowly extend the arm backward and to the side, following the D1 extension pattern. Maintain controlled tension throughout the movement.

Tips: Keep the back straight and avoid compensating with the trunk. Perform the movement slowly to feel the shoulder muscle work.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
