How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on a gym ball placed under your thorax, feet firmly anchored on the ground for stability. Hold an elastic band fixed at the bottom, then slowly raise your arm forward while keeping the elbow slightly bent, until reaching a comfortable maximum range. Gently lower the arm back to the starting position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back well aligned and avoid arching the spine. Control the upward and downward movements to effectively engage the shoulder without jerks.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
