Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per arm

Description: Standing position, hold a Blazepod in front of you at shoulder height. When the pod lights up, quickly perform a controlled movement to touch or deactivate the pod with the corresponding hand, then return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the trunk stable and avoid compensating with the back. Focus on the speed and accuracy of the movement to improve shoulder motor control.

Progression: Increase reaction speed by reducing the response time between the pod lighting up and the movement, or increase the number of repetitions per set.
