How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Get on all fours, hands under shoulders and knees under hips. Slowly rotate your trunk by lifting one arm towards the ceiling while keeping your gaze on the raised hand, then return to the starting position. Repeat the movement on the other side, controlling the rotation carefully.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid excessive arching of the spine. Perform the movement slowly to effectively mobilize the shoulder and trunk.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position for a few seconds to improve mobility.
