How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Stand upright with your back straight and scapula well stabilized. Attach an elastic band at a low height in front of you, grasp it with the hand on the side to be trained, then slowly pull your arm backward while keeping the elbow slightly bent until the arm is extended behind you.

Tips: Keep the trunk immobile and avoid arching the back during the movement. Control the position of the scapula to maximize muscle engagement.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
