How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per set

Description: Stand upright with your arm raised above your head (at zenith) with the elbow slightly bent. Walk slowly while maintaining shoulder stability, avoiding any compensation or excessive movement. Focus on motor control by keeping the scapula stable and the joint well aligned throughout the exercise.

Tips: Keep your trunk straight and avoid shrugging your shoulder. Breathe calmly and take small controlled steps to prevent losing balance.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of each set by 5 seconds as you feel comfortable, or add a slight weight to the hand to increase difficulty.
