How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Description: Sit or in a comfortable position, attach a resistance band around your foot and secure the other end to a stable point in front of you. Gently pull your foot towards you by dorsiflexing the ankle, then slowly return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and perform the movement slowly to feel the muscle work clearly. Do not let the resistance band slacken suddenly.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
