How to do the exercise

Repetitions: 12 per side

Description: Sit or in a comfortable position, attach an elastic band around your foot. Slowly pull your foot inward against the resistance of the band, controlling the movement well, then return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the heel on the ground and avoid moving the entire leg to target only the foot movement. Perform the movement slowly to maximize effectiveness.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
