How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Stand upright with your body slightly inclined forward, then slowly rise onto the balls of your feet by contracting your calf muscles. Lower gently without fully touching the heels to the ground to maintain tension.

Tips: Keep your back straight and gaze forward to avoid leaning too far forward. Control the movement to maximize strengthening of the triceps surae and toes.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a light load (such as a backpack) when the exercise becomes easy.
