How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 20 seconds per set

Description: Stand upright, leaning forward, supported on the forefeet. Firmly contract the toes by pressing them into the ground while maintaining a static contraction of the calf triceps, with the heels slightly lifted.

Tips: Keep the body well inclined forward and ensure that pressure remains focused on the toes. Do not let the heels touch the ground to maximize effectiveness.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration from 20 to 30 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
