How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per set

Description: Place one foot in front of the other on an Airex cushion to create an unstable surface. Maintain balance while throwing and catching a ball in front of you. Keep the knee slightly bent and the torso upright to sustain stability.

Tips: Focus on a fixed point in front of you to aid balance. Engage the muscles around the ankle and foot to prevent losing support. Breathe calmly and control your movements during the ball throw and catch.

Progression: When the exercise becomes easy, increase the hold duration to 45 seconds or use a heavier or larger ball to increase difficulty.
