How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Stand on one leg with an upright torso and weight evenly distributed on the supporting foot. Slowly bend the hip and knee to approximately 90 degrees, keeping the pelvis slightly posterior and the knee aligned with the foot. Keep the heel on the ground, stabilize the ankle, then return to the standing position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the trunk stable and avoid the knee collapsing inward. Focus on ankle stability throughout the movement.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a light weight as the exercise becomes easier.
