How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your stomach with your pelvis in contact with the ground. Slowly lift your thorax by extending the lumbar spine while keeping the shoulders down, then hold the position at the top for 2 seconds before lowering gently.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration in the elevated position from 2 to 5 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
