How to do the exercise

Sets: 2

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Standing, keep the spine in a neutral position and the pelvis stable. Stretch the latissimus dorsi by performing a controlled lateral bending movement of the trunk to one side, then return to the initial position. Repeat on the other side.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid tilting the pelvis. Perform the movement slowly to feel the stretch without forcing.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
