How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with feet flat on the ground, hip-width apart. Starting from a neutral spine, slowly roll your back forward vertebra by vertebra, flexing the trunk while keeping the pelvis stable, until reaching a comfortable flexion. Then gently return to the starting position by unrolling the spine from bottom to top.

Tips: Keep your gaze forward at the start of the movement, then look down during flexion. Breathe deeply and control each phase to avoid jerks. Ensure the pelvis does not tilt to preserve lumbar mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase repetitions or slow down the movement to enhance mobility and control.
