Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand with feet hip-width apart, spine in a neutral position. Slowly roll your spine forward, vertebra by vertebra, while gently swinging your arms forward to accompany the movement. Stop when your trunk is flexed and your pelvis is stable, then slowly unroll the spine to return to the standing position.

Tips: Keep the movement controlled and smooth, avoid forcing the flexion. Breathe deeply and maintain pelvis stability to protect the lower back.

Progression: Gradually increase the depth of flexion or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
