How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per side

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with your back straight and pelvis stable. Slowly rotate your trunk to the right while keeping your back aligned, then return to the center before rotating to the left. Control the movement carefully to avoid losing balance or posture.

Tips: Keep your feet flat on the ground to ensure stability. Do not force the rotation beyond your comfort level and maintain a straight back throughout the exercise.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a slight load held in front of you when the movement becomes easy.
