How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Lie on your back with hips and knees bent at 90 degrees, feet pressed against a wall. Keep your lower back in contact with the floor, then slowly lower one arm and the opposite leg while maintaining a stable trunk, without arching the back. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

Tips: Gently contract your abdominal muscles to protect the lower back and avoid any arching. Perform the movement slowly and control each phase.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or slow down the tempo to further enhance muscle control.
