How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Sit with your forearm resting on a table, wrist free. Start with the wrist and fingers slightly flexed, then slowly extend one finger at a time while keeping the wrist elevated and fingers open. Gently return to the starting position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the forearm still to isolate the movement of the wrist and fingers. Perform the movement slowly to properly mobilize the joints.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add slight resistance with a resistance band when the movement becomes easy.
