How to do the exercise

Sets: 2

Repetitions: 10 per finger

Description: Sit comfortably with your hand placed in front of you, fingers extended. Touch the tip of each finger alternately with the thumb, forming a precise opposition, then return to the initial position. Repeat this movement slowly and in a controlled manner for each finger.

Tips: Keep the hand relaxed and avoid forcing the joints. Focus on a precise contact between the thumb and each finger to improve mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the speed of the movement as you feel comfortable.
