How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Sit down, place your forearm on a table with the wrist free. Start with the wrist and fingers slightly flexed, then slowly extend the wrist and open the fingers against light resistance, keeping the forearm immobile. Gently return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the forearm well supported to isolate the movement to the wrist and fingers. Perform the return slowly to enhance muscular control.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
