Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Start with the hand open and fingers extended. Slowly curl the fingers towards the palm by flexing each joint (MCP, PIP, DIP) segmentally, then uncurl them to return to the initial position. Repeat this movement while controlling each phase carefully.

Tips: Keep the hand relaxed and avoid forcing the flexion. Focus on a smooth and gradual movement to improve finger mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the speed of the movement as mobility improves without pain.
