How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Sitting or standing, keep the forearm stable and the hand in a neutral position. With the other hand, apply gentle resistance on the back of the hand while slowly extending the wrist backward, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile to isolate the movement at the wrist. Perform the movement slowly and control the range well without moving the elbow or shoulder.

Progression: Gradually increase manual resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
