Reps: 12

Description: Sit at a table with your forearm resting flat, hand extending off the edge, palm facing down. Hold a light dumbbell and slowly lift your hand by extending your wrist upwards, then gently lower it back to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your forearm still on the table to isolate the movement to the wrist. Perform the movement slowly to effectively engage the extensor muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase the weight of the dumbbell or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes easy.
