How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 circles per hip

Description: In a standing or lying position, slowly lift one leg and perform large, controlled circles with the hip, keeping the trunk stable. Complete 10 circles in one direction, then change direction, and repeat on the other hip.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid compensating with the pelvis or back. Perform the movement slowly to properly mobilize the joint without pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion of the circles or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
