How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Attach an elastic band around your ankle and fix the other end laterally. In a standing position, slowly lift your leg forward by flexing the hip while maintaining a slight lateral traction on the elastic band. Gently return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your trunk stable throughout the exercise. Perform the movement slowly to properly control the elastic traction and avoid jerks.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
