How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per side

Description: Sitting or lying on your back, bend the leg to be mobilized at 90 degrees. Slowly rotate the hip by turning the foot inward (internal rotation) then outward (external rotation), controlling the movement carefully.

Tips: Keep your back flat and avoid moving the pelvis to isolate the hip. Perform the movement slowly to maximize mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of rotation as the movement becomes easy and pain-free.
