How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Sit on a chair, place one foot on the opposite knee in a lunge position. Slowly tilt the pelvis forward (anterior tilt) then backward (posterior tilt) while keeping the back straight. Repeat the movement in a controlled manner to mobilize the hip.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid forcing the movement. Breathe calmly and perform the movement slowly to feel the hip mobility clearly.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the anterior and posterior tilt positions for a few extra seconds as the movement becomes easier.
