How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Lie on your back with the leg to be mobilized slightly flexed. A therapist or a strap applies gentle, controlled traction on the leg while slowly mobilizing it in different directions to increase the hip's range of motion.

Tips: Relax during the traction and breathe deeply. Never force beyond your comfort limit and communicate with your therapist if you experience pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of each traction or the slight range of motion according to your comfort and your therapist's recommendations.
