How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit with your head upright and looking forward. Begin with your mouth closed, jaw muscles relaxed, and tongue placed as instructed. Slowly open your mouth, controlling the jaw's path of motion to avoid excessive lateral deviation, then carefully close your mouth, keeping the jaw centered.

Tips: Keep your head stable and focus on controlling your jaw. If necessary, gently place your fingers on your chin to support the movement or provide slight resistance.

Progression: Gradually increase the opening angle while maintaining precise control of the jaw axis.
