How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Tempo: Slow and controlled movement

Description: Sit with your head upright and face relaxed. Slowly close your mouth while tightly clenching your teeth, exaggerating the range of motion, then gently return to the neutral position without straining the neck.

Tips: Keep the face symmetrical and avoid any tension in the neck or shoulders. Control each movement carefully to effectively strengthen the jaw muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of teeth clenching up to 5 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
