How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sit with a long neck and a stable head. Place your fingers lightly on your chin to provide gentle resistance as you slowly move your jaw forward (protraction), then gently return to the neutral position without tilting your head.

Tips: Keep your head still and avoid forcing the jaw. Perform the movement slowly to maintain good control of the resistance.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance applied by your fingers as the exercise becomes easier.
