How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sitting, keep the head upright and the face relaxed. Slowly close the mouth while applying resistance with your hands or an appropriate object, exaggerating the range of motion, then gently return to the neutral position. Ensure the neck remains immobile and the movement is symmetrical and controlled.

Tips: Focus on fully closing the mouth without straining the neck or other facial parts. Perform the movement slowly to maximize strengthening.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
