How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: In a standing position, keep the pelvis stable and the knee aligned with the foot. Perform a knee extension while executing a controlled internal rotation, without allowing the knee to collapse inward. Control the movement from start to finish to strengthen the muscles around the knee.

Tips: Keep the trunk upright and the pelvis immobile to avoid compensation. Do not force the rotation; it should remain smooth and controlled.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a slight load as the movement becomes easier.
