How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Place a ball under your knee while sitting or lying down, then slowly extend the leg while keeping the trunk stable. Maintain contact with the ball behind the knee to ensure slight pressure, then perform small controlled movements up and down or front and back with the leg.

Tips: Keep your trunk well engaged to prevent excessive pelvic movement. Perform the movements slowly and with control to maximize muscle strengthening.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of the extension hold as the exercise becomes easier.
