How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Sitting or standing, secure an elastic band around your ankle and attach it to a fixed point behind you. Slowly straighten the knee by extending against the resistance of the band, then gently return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the pelvis stable and avoid the knee collapsing inward. Control the return phase well to effectively strengthen the muscle.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
