How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: In a seated or standing position, place your foot in the TRX strap with the knee bent. Slowly extend the leg by contracting the quadriceps until the leg is nearly straight, without locking the knee. Then gently return to the starting position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the knee aligned with the hip and foot, avoid sudden movements or fully locking the knee. Control the descent well to maximize effectiveness and protect the joint.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of the extension phase as the movement becomes easier.
