How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Equipment: Stick

Description: Hold a stick in front of you with both hands, elbows bent at 90 degrees. Use the healthy hand to assist the side's arm in performing an external rotation of the shoulder, gently moving the stick outward. Slowly return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders down during the exercise. Perform the movement slowly to avoid any pain or excessive tension.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of external rotation as mobility improves, without forcing.
