How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per modality

Description: In standing or sitting position, perform shoulder adduction by slowly bringing the arm towards the body in three different modalities (for example, with resistance band, light weight, or without resistance). Control the movement from the start to the maximum range of motion, then gently return to the initial position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders down to avoid compensations. Perform the movement slowly to effectively engage the shoulder adductor muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
