How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Anchor a resistance band at waist height. Hold the band with the hand on the side of the shoulder to be strengthened, with the arm slightly bent, then slowly bring the arm towards your body, controlling the movement. Gently return to the starting position without abruptly releasing the tension.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid rotating your trunk during the movement. Control the speed well to maximize effectiveness and prevent injuries.

Progression: Increase the band's resistance or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
