How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 full rotations

Description: Hold a stick in front of you with both hands, arms extended at shoulder height. Slowly perform full rotations of the stick in a large circle, mobilizing the shoulder in a controlled manner. Return to the starting position after each rotation.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed during the exercise. Control the movement well to avoid any pain or excessive tension.

Progression: Gradually increase the size of the circles or the number of rotations as mobility improves without pain.
