How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Hold the elastic band with the hand on the side of the shoulder to be trained. The physiotherapist guides you to perform a controlled movement of shoulder abduction or rotation. Slowly perform the movement to the maximum range without pain, then return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your neck relaxed. Focus on the sensation of control and shoulder stability throughout the movement.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
