How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Attach an elastic band at waist height. Standing, hold the band with the affected arm, elbow bent at 90 degrees, and the scapula well stabilized. Perform slow external and internal rotations of the shoulder, controlling the movement without moving the trunk.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your core stable throughout the exercise. Focus on scapular control to avoid compensation. Perform movements slowly to maximize stabilization.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
