How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Hold the handles of the TRX with your arms extended in front of you, then perform a stabilization movement by controlling the shoulder position while keeping your body engaged. Slowly bring your arms back to the starting position without losing stability.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your abdominal muscles engaged to protect the spine. Control the movement well to avoid jerks and focus on shoulder stability.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding the active position as the exercise becomes easier.
